Application of Cognitive Neuroscience to Programming
An understanding of natural language processing, such as text-to-speech/speech-to-text, is beneficial in the design of cognitive systems. In addition, applicants are encouraged to develop an understanding of cognitive neuroscience that will support our efforts to design a cognitive system from a human-based model. The analysis of human neuroscience and its practical application to the Cognitive Systems is essential for the integration of functions such as prediction, emotion, creativity, learning and many others.

NL Processing Knowledge, Application of Cognitive Neuroscience to programming
